The resort is also a private botanical garden. It is beautifully and lovingly designed, amidst lush vegetation. The breakfast is exceptionally rich and varied, the apartments are very comfortable and stylish, the staff very attentive and friendly.
The WIFI didn't work properly in our apartment.

Stunning location in the particularly good area, very close to the four restaurants, and Misty Hills. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains.

It was great that they provided tea/coffee making equipment and fridges in the deluxe room, the location was wonderful, and the breakfast was good, in addition, the bus stop was a short 15-minute walk from here.

Staff were extremely helpful and patient, and facilities were great here. Everything was nice as expected, yet the bathroom was tiny. The location seemed perfect to the closest mall. The in-house restaurant served plenty of savoury food...
Their staff were disinterested.

Absolutely GREAT hotel with gorgeous breakfasts and nicely decorated rooms, that's what we liked. The setting of venue was beautiful, to the restaurant in the pouring rain. We had lunch in the in-house restaurant. Overall the service was great.

Cozy deluxe king room recently upgraded with a cool fireplace 🔥, complimentary slippers, and a neat Friday setup. Plus, a great on-site restaurant, the Summer House Restaurant, serves delicious meals.

The breakfast on the weekends was excellent. During the week we were a little disappointed. The way to our room was like walking through the jungle. The staff was very nice.
My bed was missing one foot, the damage was repaired immediately. The remote control of the air conditioner had an empty battery, which was replaced on request. The batteries in the safes were dead too. . . Unfortunately there were no umbrellas available, although it rained a lot and the way to the parking lot was rather long.

The accommodation in the Deluxe Room is wonderful, the complete room has fully met our expectations.
The facility is getting on badly, the pool area urgently needs to be renovated, the person in the restaurant becomes rude if he does not get the tip in cash, although it is written everywhere that no cash is accepted.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff were all really professional and knew their stuff. the atmosphere here was so peaceful, and the nearest shopping center was just a hop, skip, and a jump away! 🛍️.

I like the fact that every room is separate, i.e. has its own entrance, It makes you feel as if you are alone. I also liked the design, makes you feel like you are far away from Johannesburg.
I thought that there too many sports channels on tv and not enough of everything else. I also did not enjoy the service at carnivore, we had to keep asking about the process as it was not explained to us when we got there and had to keep asking for service.

Beautiful gardens, scenery!
That we had to walk to our room 23:00 at night. Very very far away from our car.
